The transformation of this three-story brownstone into 3 distinct luxury condo residences involved an extensive vertical and horizontal expansion plan. Our update melds classic architecture with modern Scandinavian-designed interior accents. The design incorporates traditional brick details juxtaposed with oversized tiles and window exposures. The expansive windows bring in the outdoors and flood the space with generous natural light. In keeping with the classic and modern themes, the design of the rear facade is future forward, and a modern counterpoint to the traditional architecture in the front of the building. Each condo unit has a private outdoor space to keep residents close to nature and natural light.
