The overall design plan was to connect the interior spaces with outdoor views of the dramatic west side cityscape and iconic Hearst Tower. The interior furnishings and custom furniture details are meant to be simple and understated to allow the expansive exterior views to be the main focal point. Built-in custom furniture was created along the window exposure to enhance the unique visual art. The bedroom features an elevated exposure and a distinctive two-tone designed kitchen that are reminiscent of a high rise loft experience.
